8/23/2022 BURN BAN LIFTED

The burn ban has been lifted. You may resume burning brush / vegetation that originated from your property, and may continue burning household trash in a burn barrel equipped with a screen / spark arrestor. Please review the Outdoor Burning Rules and call 469-376-4500 to log your controlled burn before you light the fire!

It is always illegal to burn electrical insulation, treated lumber, plastics, non-wood construction/demolition materials, heavy oils, asphaltic materials, potentially explosive materials (aerosol cans and batteries), chemical wastes, and items containing natural or synthetic rubber.
